Send a news tip
Tips are where our reporting starts. You don't have to tell us who you are.
How anonymous is anonymous?
The tip form doesn't require a name, email, or account, and it does not save your IP address with your tip. If you choose to share contact info, it's used only to follow up and is never published or shared. Like every website, our web host keeps routine server logs. For anything truly sensitive, send it from a personal device that isn't on a work network.
A tip is where reporting starts, not where it ends. We verify before we publish, and we decide independently what runs. See how we report.
